Bought it on AppSumo but you cannot use it anymore because you get redirected to the subscription page and can’t leave from there. Basically blocking all AppSumo users from using the app.

I was really impressed with this tool when I first got it—so much so that I even purchased add-ons. However, since last year, a permanent “Upgrade to Proceed” banner has made it unusable. I reached out to support, and they assured me it would be fixed, but nothing has changed. Forcing lifetime deal users to pay again is unfair and misleading. Disappointing experience.

I purchased Tier 4 from AppSumo on September 15, 2021, used it a few times shortly thereafter, have not used it since, and when I accessed my dashboard after a long time, I see an invitation to pay additional fees and the service is not available.
I contacted AppSumo and was told that Ranktracker had unilaterally terminated this agreement.
They also said that they could not provide a credit refund for this matter.
It would be understandable if this company had gone bankrupt, but they are still in business.
It is very disappointing.

I have purchased lifetime plan from appsumo , but after using 1 or 2 year, they cancel my plan .

Scam, they stopped giving me the service and now I can't do anything, they didn't fulfill the AppSumo offer

After setting up my dashboard and using this product, I was locked behind a paywall. They are no longer honoring the AppSumo LTD plan. I'm a verified purchaser and member. Hopefully, AppSumo will offer a partial store credit for this, as it seems to be happening more frequently.

Very shortly after scamming a LOT of Appsumo buyers, the founder of this MEDIOCRE product BLOCKED Appsumo buyers from even using this, unless they paid a large annual extortion payment. I purchased and stacked 4 codes and have not been able to use this product for years now. This is total FRAUD.

Ranktracker and its founder, Felix Rose-Collins, is the epitome of a classic SCAMMER.

All the recent reviews here on AppSumo, or externally such as TrustPilot, Capterra, Reddit, Google, etc., says it all.

Logged into my account to update my email and discovered that every page redirects me to a "Support Plan" costing $82/year, essentially locking me out of doing anything with this piece of crap product.

Yes, you heard me — $82 a year just for "Continued technical support for your AppSumo account." LMAO. See for yourself in the screenshot below:

Good luck to Felix The Scammer in doing anything in life going forward without having severe repercussions. His name, face and every move from here on out, will forever be monitored by the internet mob and won't go unpunished.

This guy needs to be put to justice for stealing tons of $$$ from all of us investors.

Pure scam like other i paid for a lifetime deal and now nothing works this is just total scam.

Like everyone else I paid for a LTD and now the app is useless unless I pay for 'Support' plan. Just another way to say F*ck You for supporting us in the beginning.

I have been following Ranktracker for some time now, and my experience with this tool and its founder, Felix Rose-Collins, has been far from positive. I purchased a Lifetime Deal for Ranktracker, but instead of enjoying long-term benefits, my access to the tool was restricted. It’s disappointing to see that the promises made during the purchase were never fulfilled. Instead, users are forced to pay for an annual support plan just to regain access to the tool they already paid for.

If you dare to speak out against these practices, your account is simply deleted. It’s outrageous how Ranktracker treats its customers. These poor business practices clearly show that the founder is more interested in quick profits than in satisfied customers. Many users who opted for a Lifetime Deal feel justifiably cheated and exploited.

It’s unfortunate that AppSumo ever partnered with this founder. I hope they are more cautious in the future and avoid getting involved with such questionable projects again. Ranktracker is, in my opinion, an absolute disgrace, and I strongly advise against using this tool.

I got their LTD license and now they won't let me into their platform, they say I have to pay.

We have to leave negative reviews on every page we can access, they show all the platforms where they have reviews on their page.

Disappointed with Ranktracker’s “Lifetime” License

I purchased Ranktracker with a lifetime license for 149 USD, expecting to have long-term access to the service. However, I recently found out that I can no longer use the tool without selecting a new plan. This change was unexpected and disappointing, as I believed "lifetime" meant access for as long as the company is around.

While the product itself was useful during the time I could access it, the sudden requirement to choose a new plan feels unfair. It significantly diminishes the value of what I originally paid for. I'm not in need of ongoing technical support, but I do expect to be able to use the service I purchased.

I would have preferred an alternative solution, such as access to another product, to make up for this change. Cause there is no way to get my money back

I hope this feedback is helpful for others considering Ranktracker and that the company reconsiders its approach to lifetime licenses in the future.

Worst support ever

I bought a lifetime Tier3, on a start I was satisfied with the product, then one day, after some months... I was no longer able to use it.
Every time I logged into the account I was redirected to purchase the premium version.
I contacted support for a year and a half, always receiving lots of excuses and Felix tell me if i want a support I had to pay for the premium account (every year)... But if i have Tier LIFETIME.. Mr. Felix is ​​rude and a scammer eith this behavior. Be careful.

Unfortunately it was not possible to request a refund and I am no longer able to use the platform.

It is a shame and a lack of professionalism and I hope that Appsumo with its contracts with new partners will include agreements that can protect us.

Worst experience ever! Be wary of Ranktracker and we place negative reviews everywhere to help others not fall into this trap.

I bought the software, but I'm not able to access it, because I'm constantly redirected to the sales page to buy another plan. For several months I contacted the support and asked them to help me. But I got no help, just the hint, that I could get premium support, if I would pay for it.
Feels like getting robbed, as I'm not able to give the software back and can't use it as well...

I bought. a LIFETIME DEAL! LIFETIME now if I want to use the app I need to pay a year deal ??????? Terrible

I purchased a LIFETIME deal yeh right. They revoked this, and now I cant use the software. No warning they just switched it off. I asked them plenty of times and got nowhere. I even emailed AppSumo and got no reply.

Every time I log into my current account, it keeps directing me to plans. I can't use the active account I purchased. Is there anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I wrote to support, it's been 3 days but I still haven't received a response.
