We lost our money, have no access to the site or service, AppSumo doesn’t seem to care (terms, legal BS), and the website is still online, ready to collect money from new victims. I have an email thread from over two years ago (June 27, 2023) with Felix Rose-Collins. I asked about my access restriction, and he replied, “Expect a fix soon,” on July 10, 2023, after back-and-forth emails. He asked for screenshots, which I provided, and he said he’d look into it. I continued to get email promotions from the site until I unsubscribed.
I understand there’s a risk in AppSumo purchases, and they can’t control their advertisers, but this isn’t a simple case of a company going out of business or an app not working properly. It appears that AppSumo has allowed a scammer to cheat its customers without explanation or even acknowledgment that it happened.
Fraud company making LTD buyers pay em again with annual plan and subscription. Beware of purchasing monthly subs too, they may shut shop anyday. Looted LTD buyers to run their shop and then kicked out thousands of LTD users from using it without any communication
It worked great for a while, but now my account says I have to buy a subscription - they are not honoring their agreement to give users lifetime access. I highly DO NOT recommend this product or company.
Is this Company out of business or is it in business but no longer honoring its Appsumo deal?
Does anyone know if this company is out of business or just eliminated the appsumo clients? Has anyone paid for the upgrade and then the product to work? Does anyone have an address for this company and/or its owner?
