I purchased Tier 4 from AppSumo on September 15, 2021, used it a few times shortly thereafter, have not used it since, and when I accessed my dashboard after a long time, I see an invitation to pay additional fees and the service is not available.
I contacted AppSumo and was told that Ranktracker had unilaterally terminated this agreement.
They also said that they could not provide a credit refund for this matter.
It would be understandable if this company had gone bankrupt, but they are still in business.
It is very disappointing.
