The tools is simple to use and the UI is good and easy to understand.

I try Ranktracker and Nozzle at the same time but I did not Nozzle as it is too difficult to use and understand.

But 2 points here I believe they required to make it better.

1) Customer live chat, I always send message through the live chat but the response is terribly slow.

2) Stability, system is not stable and always down for maintenance or upgrade.

Ah, one more points I would keep it as they promise a backlink analysis function in 2022 Q1 in their roadmap. I appreciated it indeed and expecting very much.
