Q: Accounts and Language
Hi,
Is it possible to register employees to manage a number of clients separately, as if each one had their own clients, as some employees manage specific client accounts?
Are the dashboard and all other features when I create the white label in Brazilian Portuguese?

Regarding the dashboard language: Currently, the Ratemyservice.io dashboard does not support Brazilian Portuguese or multiple languages, but we are actively planning to expand language options in the near future to offer a fully multilingual dashboard experience.
However, if you want to change the language specifically for the QR code app, email signature widget, or the internal feedback form, we do support that — and Brazilian Portuguese can definitely be added as an option for those features right now.
About managing clients separately with employees: At the moment, it’s not possible for individual employees to have separate white-labeled accounts managing their own clients independently. Instead, you would need to have one main white-labeled account that manages all client accounts centrally.
