Regarding your question for Google My Business reviews, unfortunately it is impossible to leave a review on google without having a google account or being logged in because google needs to be able to authenticate the authenticity of the user leaving a review.

The user will be prompted by google to login before leaving a review, much like most review sites. However, if you have an alternative idea, we'd love to hear it!
