Q: Hi, I purchased a plan for your product @pitchground some time ago, hadn't really used it either.
When I log in now, it says the plan is deprecated, and I seem to lack several of the features mentioned in this listing.
Is there a good / quick way to get someone @ customer support?

We re-structured/re-named our plans a while back to make them more logical, but don't worry I will update your account accordinly once you email me.
