Yes, this is possible! Our Tier 5/5 Code plan would be ideal for this. You can have up to 10 Enterprise accounts to use for yourself and manage your 7 restaurants with (1 business per account, each with their own GMB review sites).

These accounts can then easily be managed and switched between via a central dashboard and super admin dropdown, which will allow you to switch between all of them without having to have multiple logins.
