Q: I have Google Service Area clients only.. will you build support for that?
Hello I have great interest in an unlimited white label however, I read that for service area, only businesses we must enter a custom url and that the app does not natively support that.
Are you going to build that into your platform? If so when will that take place?
Do our agency customers get unlimited email business review requests?
Some of my customers who do have physical locations have more than one. Can the white label support business clients who have more than one physical location?
Can the tool be used to review products, services, and food as well as the businesses employees or would a customer need multiple business copies to perform multiple review types?

They can either create two or more accounts under your main account and set up different review sites for each account.

One last question... It seems a little cumbersome for one company to have to have multiple business accounts for each type of thing they want reviewed (business, employees, quality service, products/food). Is there a plan to get them under the same single managable business profile?

If you can explain the use case for this I think I can assist you further. I'm not sure how likely clients are to rate you on a specific product via email interaction. It is however possible for you to embed the rating widget on an e-commerce site via HTML and leave a product review on your Google Business Profile or any other review site of your choice.
Case: i have service area clients who serve food (food trucks) that want their food & biz reviewed. Some of them have servers they want reviewed too... that's 3 types under one biz. I have service area massage clients who need massage personnel, accessory services, & their biz reviewed.
Is 3rd party sms review request integration on ur roadmap?

An SMS review feature is on the roadmap. The software allows for two types of review collection: Overall business reviews via QR code or email, or Staff-specific feedback via email. Therefore it will work for your needs but reviews for specific food items will be harder to obtain. Pls email me for more info - I've reached character limit here unfortunately.
