Q: I have multiple questions

Hi there,

1- What specific review platforms do you integrate with, and which review platforms can be added that you do not integrate with?
2- How many review platforms can you push the client to at one time? How are these switched?
3- Do you have a direct integration with Yelp? Yelp has never played well with others and usually doesn't allow these types of software to integrate, so how does the process work with Yelp when you are pushing clients to that platform?
4- The monitoring dashboard - does it monitor more than one GBP at a time? If my client has 6 locations and 6 different GBPs, can all their reviews be monitored from one dashboard, or do they need to log in to 6 different accounts to view each location?
5- How is this not considered review gating?
I have more questions, but I will start with these. Thank you in advance.

A: Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out — happy to help clarify 😊
(Quick note: if you’d like a more in-depth discussion, feel free to email us at [email protected] as responses here are a bit limited in length.)

1. Review platform integrations
We currently integrate with platforms such as Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and Booking.com.

In addition, we offer a custom URL option, which allows you to link to virtually any review platform, even if it’s not natively integrated, by directing customers straight to your chosen review page.

2. Number of platforms & how they’re managed
You can direct customers to multiple review platforms at once via a review options landing page, where they can choose their preferred site. This page can support 5+ platforms.

Alternatively, if you don’t want to present multiple options, we use a round-robin system that automatically rotates customers between your selected platforms to ensure balanced review distribution.

3. Yelp integration
Yes, Yelp is included as one of our supported platforms.
To connect it, you simply enter your business name and location—our system will locate your Yelp listing and link it. From there, it can be included in your review requests (via email, QR code, etc.), directing customers to your Yelp page to leave a review.

4. Monitoring multiple locations (GBP)
Yes, the dashboard supports monitoring multiple Google Business Profiles (GBPs).

If a client has multiple locations (e.g., 6 GBPs), all reviews can be viewed within a single dashboard.

If you prefer to keep locations fully separate, you can create individual accounts for each.

With a white-label/master account, you can manage multiple locations centrally and simply switch between them via a dropdown—no need to log in and out of different accounts.

5. Review gating
While we do encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews, we do not block or restrict negative feedback. All customers still have access to public review links, regardless of sentiment, ensuring transparency and avoiding traditional “review gating” practices.
