Q: Question About Limiting Reviews to 5 Star
I am currently using your platform and had a quick question regarding review settings.
At present, it looks like both 4-star and 5-star reviewers can be redirected to leave a Google Review. I would like to confirm if there is a way to configure the system so that only 5-star reviewers are redirected to Google, while all other ratings remain internal (or are not allowed to proceed).
Could you please let me know if this option is available in the current setup, or if there is a recommended workaround to achieve this?

Unfortunately, there is no way to configure the system to redirect only 5-star reviews to your Google Business Profile. The software was specifically designed this way to include 4-star reviews as well.
The reason for this is that only directing 5-star reviews to your Google Business Profile over an extended period can create a disproportionately high percentage of 5-star reviews in relation to other ratings. This can be perceived by customers as unrealistic, or fake, and may have a negative impact on your online reputation.
We believe that by including 4-star reviews, you present a more authentic and trustworthy reflection of your business.
