Q: White Label at the top of the funnel page?
Thanks for coming to AppSumo!
I am loving ratemyservice so far. Great stuff! My one issue is (on Tier 1) at the top of the review page where the customer chooses the star rating that pushes them to Google or sends them to private feedback, it says at the top: "Rate my service" with your logo. If I get the white label tier, can I put my own logo and company there? (I am not an agency, I don't care about white label for clients--I just want consistent branding through the entire experience for my customers.
Also, if we use this are we 100% compliant with Google terms of service, or is using the funnel for reviews in a gray area?
Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out!
1. Yes - by purchasing Tier 3 or Above, you can then White-Label the software. Even if you're not interested in reselling to clients, this will allow you to use your own branding and logo on the page you're referring to ensure a constant brand for you clients.
2. Regarding the review funnel, At RateMyService, we understand Google's policies on review gating. To ensure compliance, our internal feedback forms for neutral and negative experiences include a link at the bottom: "Choose public review over private discussion, click here."
While our software gently guides customers towards a private discussion, it never restricts their ability to choose a public forum entirely. This ensures we remain compliant with Google's requirements, as the option for a public review is always present if the customer is absolutely adamant on leaving a public review.
For further perspective however, our software serves thousands of users, and we've never encountered any issues related to this specific compliance approach.
