I have used RateMyService for over a year now and it is now central to how we collect feedback and protect our online reputation. The platform makes collecting 5-star reviews simple, surfaces unhappy customers early, and gives clear insights so you can act fast towards resolution.
What I like most:

Real reviews without asking for it
This little review code, helped me to generate reviews without asking for it.
Since the review code / icons are in all my emails, I had two extra reviews that otherwise would not have. Effective client feedback with Rate My Service.
After setting up a subaccount for a new business, I was able to set up an internal and external review system for client feedback for each employee.
The team is responsive and hands on.
What can and is improving: the team is fixing bug quick and the UX design can get better for looks and feel.
Overall, is this the easiest way to get real reviews of real clients, without asking for it, nor building funnels.

Its a great software
Edited review from 4 to 5 stars since issue was fixed. This software is amazing and we have been using it since the beginning of appsumo deal.
The software is good, however whenever you copy the widget into a "Hotmail" email provider message, it doesn't keep the formatting, and the text defaults to the shrunken smallest text possible, and then you have to manually highlight the "How would you rate us" text and enlarge it manually. But this issue doesn't occur when using gmail.
