a great tool
Back in 2015, I used to pour over research reports from Gartner and McKinsey on customer experience. I remember going through complex tools with settings that made me feel like I was in the middle of a spaceship's cockpit. It was so overwhelming, trying to figure out which levers to pull and which buttons to push.
But now, in 2023, 'RateMyService' (RMS) has changed it all. Instead of complex multiple steps to collect surveys and then get back to them over multiple email follow-ups asking them to post reviews, ... RMS solves these issues instantly by enabling us to condition those cool feedback smileys based on the consumer's emotions. For e.g., Happy ones to the review site, ask the neutral ones what can you do to make them happy, and send those sad ones to the customer support form/raise a ticket.
In my view, RateMyService.io is an amazing tool that any local business (anywhere in the world) can use to its advantage. I wasn't asked to write this review, but I genuinely believe in Dominic's product and think more people should know about it. I wish him & his team success!
