Confusing...
My review is based on the setting up the app only. I have not had chance to actually implement the rating and filtering process yet.
The app sounds good and I want to make it work, but the process of setting up agency account and create sub accounts are very confusing. Severely missing documentation and The support staff tells me step by step instructions but I am not sure what stage I am in and what to expect next..I am not saying the support is bad, Just over all experience is lacking a big picture to follow.
I hope this gets better as the app mature.

To make the experience more intuitive, we implemented several key updates:
- Phased Tracking: All forms, popups, and emails now clearly state your current stage (e.g., Phase 1/3) so you always know where you stand.
- Immediate Start: We now send a direct link 15 minutes after signup that takes you straight to the White-Label application.
- Transparent Timelines: Our "Information Pending" prompts now specify an expected 24-hour wait for feedback.
- Numbered Instructions: DNS and setup guides now use a simplified numbering system to prevent confusion.
- Agency Tutorials: We’ve added a 90-second video to help you manage client subscriptions efficiently.
