I have used RateMyService for over a year now and it is now central to how we collect feedback and protect our online reputation. The platform makes collecting 5-star reviews simple, surfaces unhappy customers early, and gives clear insights so you can act fast towards resolution.

What I like most:

1. Easy review funnels: The QR code and email signature widgets make it frictionless for customers to leave reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot and TripAdvisor. Embedding widgets on receipts, email signatures and websites increased our review volume.

2. Flexible surveys: Customisable surveys, CTAs and animated flows let you steer customers towards public reviews or route issues to private resolution.

3. Integrations and languages: Direct integrations with Gmail/ G Suite and Office 365/Outlook made rollout painless. Support for 29+ languages helps multilingual customers.

4. Agency and white-label: White-label/CNAME and super-admin switching make it easy to resell or manage multiple client accounts.

5. Analytics and team tracking: The dashboard shows trends, flags unhappy customers and helps recognise top performers.

6. Mobile friendly: Surveys work smoothly on phones, useful for brick-and-mortar locations using QR widgets.

7. Customer service Dominic and Wade have been outstanding. They respond quickly, are very accommodating to feature requests, and follow through. Several of our suggested tweaks were implemented or planned after direct conversations. Their hands-on support gives confidence the product will keep improving.

The AppSumo lifetime deal is excellent value — lifetime access, generous allowances by tier, unlimited review monitoring and email alerts. The one-off AppSumo pricing is a sensible way to secure a robust review-management tool without ongoing fees.

Minor improvements:

1. Configurable durations for different trial periods (eg. 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, etc…)
2. A generic SSL certificate
3. Company logo to display at top of internal reviews or “Company Name” as a fallback

Bottom line RateMyService pairs practical features, useful analytics and strong support in a simple, effective review management platform. Highly recommended - you don’t want to miss this one.
