You can't go wrong... unless you provide bad service to clients!
RateMyService has become my favorite recent AppSumo purchase. And it may be the simplest-to-implement purchase I have ever made since my first AppSumo buy in 2011.
After literally a couple of minutes of setup I pasted the provided code in my email signature settings. Immediately I had a feedback system that blows away the old "link to google" or "forward the email reply" systems we have gone through over the years.
My clients can now rate me, my service, or my agents simply by clicking a happy face or a sad face. Then they're done. Of course they are taken to a page to input details of why they feel as they do, if they wish to elaborate. But that's it. Super simple.
Behind the scenes, it's REAL TIME! As soon as they "rate my service," I get a notice of their action, and can immediately take charge and respond accordingly. In fact, I just now realized that I might somehow add a note in my email sig that their rating is a real time connection to me.
Seriously. If RateMyService can't help me improve customer retention and increase loyalty, it must mean I'm really failing at what I'm doing!
In addition, I get some cool reporting, lots of different ways to customize what my client sees, and some Google and Microsoft (or CSV) integrations that make adding users easy (I'm a Google user myself).
I could go on and on, but if you make decisions because of reviews there's really just one thing you should know about my purchase - - After playing around with RMS, I've decided to make it a permanent fixture in my business.
You should buy RateMyService while you have this opportunity. With the simplicity and benefits it provides (many of which will come by your own unique application to your business) they might be crazy if they don't raise the price pretty soon.
Tl;dr?
It would be a sad loss to hesitate and miss the amazing deal RateMyService is offering.
