I currently have the lifetime Tier 1 plan and would like to upgrade. However, I noticed that Tier 2 offers 3 years of access instead of lifetime, while Tier 3 goes back to lifetime access. Could you please clarify why Tier 2 has this 3-year limit?

A: Our Tier 3 offers a lot of value and we cannot offer it on substantially low price but to acomodate users with higher needs and lower budget we created a 3 year plan to meet that price tier with same service while ensuring feasibility.

Can your API return multiple suggested clips from a single video, or does it create only one Short per request?
Unfortunately you cannot use LTD for commercial purpose. You have to get in touch for enterprise customized plan for this. Our system gates, and API allocation, limits the usage in a way that it won't work even if you try to use it commercially.

In tier one it says no export in 4K. Does it mean no export at all? If no export what would be the purpose of using your platform?

You’re absolutely right, Jenfry. I apologize, my response came across as dismissive, and that was unnecessary.
Thank you for asking for clarification. Tier 1 does support exports in 720p and 1080p; it simply does not include 4K exports.
