A good investment, but far too limiting for any usable content right now
Reap was recommended to me in JUN 2025 which is when I purchased the AppSumo deal as well. I've been looking for a tool that can do what reap says it can do, but like the fella says, "I still haven't found what I'm looking for..."
Now, this is not to say that reap will always be this way. The roadmap is hopeful, especially the video editing suite that's in process.
My big issue is that, at present, I have to take what it gives me. I can tweak the captions, but I can't tweak the video. Also, I can't find where to limit the amount of videos it creates. It's always 20. Why? Also, I have to re-upload the same clip multiple times to get different lengths. Why?
So, it's a solid three tacos from me. It's a good enough tool that I'm going to keep my subscription.

- Flexible clip counts: set your own target number instead of a fixed 20.
- Multi‑length generation: produce several durations in one pass—no re‑uploads.
- Editable video: trim, reorder, and adjust frames; captions are fully tweakable, too.
