Q: I've purchased a code and am having trouble logging in.
Customer support tells me to check my third party cookie settings, which I have, and it's still not working. There hasn't been another solution proposed. I really want to use this product but am stuck in a forever loop of being asked to connect my email account, log into Rebump, then connect me email again... Please help!

2. Is there a way to have an automated bump have the previous email appear in it? So I could just have it say: Hey there! Looks like you might have missed this previous email! Here it is again below:
Q: Can I use this software like MixMax to create templates to send to clients when I take certain actions for them?
Like I do X, and I need to tell the client about it. I have a template for that siutation, and I pull up the template (a la MixMax) and insert the variables and send it to them.
Possible with this software? Or is this software just for followups?
A: Rebump only does the follow-up, not the original messages. However Rebump works well with other mass mailers, such as YAMM (https://sites.google.com/site/scriptsexamples/available-web-apps/mail-merge/features)
