Yes, you can easily customize the application form under "Screening Questionnaire". This will help you ask the most relevant questions to the candidate while he/she is applying for the job.
No, we don't support chatbot integration.
We do have a plan to integrate Zapier, but we cannot commit to the integrations with other platforms.
All the emails are sent through Recooty only. We do have a set of email templates for every action recruiters make on Recooty, like shortlisting a candidate, interviewing, and more. We don't allow custom SMTP and bulk emails.
You can post up to 100 jobs each year.

What do you mean with you cannot commit to the integration of other platforms?
I'm not sure if I understand it correctly. With jobs you mean you can put in a job once. Can you update it? Headline? Description? Everything how often you want? Is the job being published only for a couple of months?

You can definitely edit the job title and description from Recooty anytime and it will be updated on our partners. You can update the job multiple times, there are no restrictions on that.
Your jobs are published on Recooty as long as you want. However, there are guidelines on 3rd party job boards, a job is typically live there for 30-60 days.
