We are a very small construction company and work in a small mountain town. Putting ads out for new job openings is always difficult. Previously our efforts were fragmented and largely unsuccessful. Recooty makes it all easy. Now, we just post it once and it disseminates it. We also have a permanent form on our website to collect resumes.

The main advantage for us is bypassing having to post individually on Indeed and ZipRecruiter. They make it difficult to post without paying. Recooty makes it easy.

Although it is designed for larger companies with more regular recruiting, I recommend the basic level to any small company and think they should release a small business version with a low annual subscription for companies that only do 1-2 job postings a month.

If they launch on Appsumo again, I will definitely recommend.
