Q: When will the Microsoft OneDrive sync issue be fixed?
Several weeks ago I purchased your lifetime deal and from the get go I was unable to use the Microsoft OneDrive sync. I reached out to your team via chat and they informed me that Microsoft changed their API and it would take 1-2 weeks to reintegrate with the changes. It has already been nearly three weeks and I am getting ignored by your customer service team. When will the Microsoft OneDrive sync issue get fixed? It is the only reason why I purchased Recordskeeper. AI. Why isn't your customer service team responding to my inquiries and providing updates on when the updated API sync will be fixed? Honestly this is a bad look and I am considering getting a refund on the software because of this issue.
