What if I purchase Tier 1 and use it on my personal MacBook M2, then later decide to use it on a Mac mini M5? After a few months, if I buy a new device like an M6 MacBook or a newer version, will I be able to log out from the previous device and log in on the new one? Since it limits me to one device only, will this be possible without needing to make a request every time?

A: Hi there!
Tier 1 means 1 active Mac activation at a time, not one device forever. So if you replace your Mac later, you’ll be able to move the license to your new supported Mac.
Right now, if you need help moving an activation, we can help from our side. We’re also working to make this much easier, so you won’t need to email support every time you change your Mac.
I installed it on my Mac for the free trial, and now it’s frozen. If I purchase Tier 1, will I have trouble using it on the same Mac?

No, the Appsumo deal is for the Reelify Mac desktop app only.
Reelify’s full clipping workflow runs locally on Silicon Macs, which is what allows private processing with no video uploads, no monthly credit limits, and no per-minute usage limits.
iPhone/iPad clipping is not included in this deal right now. If you’re seeing a 2 uploads message there, that’s from a different/mobile...
