It helps a lot, but needs more accuracy in portuguese and to find highpoints in the video. I hope it gets better ASAP so I can really enjoy it. I recommend buying it knowing that will be at its best in english only. And this is sad. =(

This app is actually about a 4.5 but I give it a 5 because of it's powerful features and because of the one time payment!!! No monthly fees which to my knowledge there is no video clip making app out there doing this!!!

I understand and know that it has room for improvement and they have made several improvements to this app since I purchased it about a month ago! I purchased this after trying that big name video clip maker "The O" The O didn't work out too well for me and after alerting customer service it took them forever for them to respond to me. After doing some research I came across this app. It has all the features you want for turning long form into short form. I love that you can edit the clips after they have been created and you can even create your own clips from any portion of the original video. And you can even search for clips via captions.

Customer Service: One final thing I have to say is that customer service has been TOP KNOTCH!!! After purchasing this app I got an email from the Cofounder around midnight thanking me for the purchase and asking me to let him know of any feedback regarding this app. I responded and he responded back almost immediately and had been in constant communication since which is comforting to know.

Improvements: This app isn't perfect of course. The interface can use some improvement regarding the search and naming convention of file names but again they continue to make improvements to this app. Overall for the price and features you can't beat this and is worth every penny! I look forward to improvements. Give this a try for sure! As far as I know this is only for Mac.

This app does one thing and it does it perfectly! It is already a game-changer for me. I would recommend this to everyone looking for a easy solution to create Reels from a long form video.

I tried and I've liked it. Plus I have a power m5 pro, so it work fast.
But sometimes it crash when i export, and when it happen i lose all the edit I've done. Can you create a autosave before exporting, so even if it crash at least we don't lose the job done?(of course, if you fix the crash even better ;).

Then a few suggestion:
- ability of changing the oveall speed of the clip (speed it up)
- more option on the captions styles (it is missing the one that have Quso for example with the background colour box popping up)
- ability of cut silent moments (like davinci does) to create a faster reel/short experience.
- improve the controll of starting and ending duration of the clip. Sometimes i don't see on real time the changes of the lenght of the clip in the preview
- dual crop: add a side window when I can see the preview of the composition, and higlight when the crop is square(1:1) . By the way, it crashed when i exported a dual crop clip.
- edit caption. Maybe is just me, but I didn't get how to add a word (i know how to edit but no how to add a new text box.
- ability of adding a custom intro and outro video (i use to do this in davinci)
- i see it export in full hd,starting from my 4k 16/9 video. Can support also if needed 4k?
I saw that in you are plannng to add the feature to post in our social media directly from reelify. What platform will be included and when do you plan to releaze that?
I'm ready to add the 5th taco and as soon as I have time, I'll make a review in one of my channel cos this product deserve it.

I purchased Reelify because I wanted an alternative to paying around $300 a year for an AI clipping service with limited processing minutes. So far, I’m extremely impressed.
I ran the same long-form video through Reelify and my current subscription service. Both generated four clips, with two selecting almost identical sections. For AI running locally on my Mac with no credits or processing limits, that’s impressive.
Surprisingly, manual clipping may be my favorite feature. Reelify displays the transcript with timestamps, so I can read through the video, find exactly what I want, set the start and end points, and create a clip without rewatching the entire video. That is a huge time saver.
The regular captions could use some improvement, but the new captions beta is considerably better and much more accurate.
I also love that processing is done locally on my Mac, which is perfect when I’m traveling or have poor internet.
For a one-time lifetime purchase, unlimited processing, AI clipping, and excellent manual clipping tools, Reelify has been an outstanding value. I’m very glad I purchased it.
