Thanks for sharing this, Caio. I wanted to clarify one important thing for Portuguese users.

The Pro Captions engine works very well with European Portuguese, while Brazilian Portuguese currently performs better with our Asia+ Captions engine.

Since I’m assuming your videos are in Brazilian Portuguese, could you try the same video with Asia+ and let me know if that gives you the accuracy you were looking for?

Update: We’ve also just rolled out version 5.4, which lets you manually select the video language instead of relying only on automatic detection. This should directly help in cases where Portuguese was being detected incorrectly.
