They are willing to discuss your needs in detail over a call, without rushing. They guide you on how to tailor the program to your needs and advise on improving your usage. They also assist in addressing any gaps in the information you provide. I really hope this program is available again on AppSumo. It's definitely worth buying and if you already own it upgrading to higher tier.
