A: Hey. Sure. let me please clarify. Sub-accounts - count of your own employees you can invite to the platform. Email sending aliases - count of different emails you can add once you will validate your won domain. So Referbi will be sending emails on behalf of your business name Removed referbi branding - client-side popUp do not have tiny line "powered by Referbi" White labelling - ability to setup portal look and feel. So Referbi will look like your own product.
A: Hey. We have some rules on how to validate the self-referrals and deny them promo code receiving. We did not build an engine to block certain IP addresses. We will probably do it in the future. Right now, we do not see a big reason to do that since Cloudflare protects the traffic quite well
Great news! You can now validate your own domain and add up to 15 different email senders. When creating a new campaign, you can choose one of these 15 emails as the sender. By default, the sender will be info@referbi.com.
The logic is quite simple here. You will need to execute our API endpoint to notify us about all the purchases made on your side where a promocode was applied. If Referbi recognizes that promocode as one of ours, we will track the purchase and send the reward to the person who shared the code with their friend.
Let's book a call to discuss this in more detail: Book a Call
I totally understand your question. Currently, we support sending promocodes via email only. However, we are actively working on adding SMS and WhatsApp support soon.
This is a complex and tricky part because each SMS incurs a cost to send. We need to develop a smart engine to calculate everything properly and validate SMS aliases. Additionally, we must ensure SMS length validation. We've successfully developed this feature for our other products and will replicate it properly here.
A: Sure) Main options: - Set up (validate) your own email sender. By default, all emails are sent from info@referbi.com. You can validate your own email sender, such as appmeister@yourbusiness.com. - Set your own portal colour for buttons and UI elements. So the app will look like your own product - Set your own portal logo. So the app will look like your own product - Client-side widget with the removed Referbi branding
Q: Sub accounts & email sending aliases - can you tell us the differences?
The numbers seem to align for tiers 2,3 (ie # sub accounts = # email sending aliases), however no sub accounts in tier 1.
Also, how does removal of Refurbi branding + CNAME differ to whitelablelling?
Thanks

Q: Hi Andrew.
I am thinking about purchasing tier 3 plan. What do you mean by "15 email sending aliases(brands)"? Please clarify. Thanks!

Q: Hello.
Is it possible to configure the program (Referbi) to send an SMS/text message along with an email? Or is it just an email referral? Please confirm.
