Q: need help
Does the LTD include full white-label capabilities?
Can I use my custom domain (e.g., chat.myagency.com)?
Can I replace all Release0 branding with my own logo, colors, and name?
Will my clients see any Release0 branding anywhere (dashboard, emails, scripts, widgets)?Does the LTD allow multiple client accounts / projects under one main agency account?
How many client workspaces can I create under the LTD?
Are there any limits to the number of bots, websites, or clients I can support?
Can each client have separate bots, conversations, integrations, and analytics?
Can clients have their own login, or is it intended for me to manage everything from my side?
Can I embed the chatbot on unlimited websites?
Does it integrate with external CRMs through:
Zapier
Make
API
Webhooks?
Does the bot support Google Business Messages or WhatsApp?

Happy to clarify everything, here’s the full breakdown so you know exactly what the LTD includes and what’s possible:
White-Label Capabilities
• The Release0 dashboard (where you build agents) is not white-label — it keeps Release0 branding.
• However, every agent you publish to customers IS fully white-label:
• Your custom domain (e.g., chat.myagency.com)
• Your branding, colors, and logo
• No Release0 branding visible to your clients’ end-users
Your customers will never see Release0 when interacting with the chatbot.
Client Accounts & Workspaces
• You can create unlimited workspaces, and each workspace is fully isolated, ideal for agencies managing multiple clients.
• Each workspace needs its own plan or codes assigned (even a free plan works).
• You can decide:
• Whether clients get their own login, or
• Whether you manage everything centrally.
For separating statistics, limits, analytics, billing, and user access, Release0 uses workspaces — and they’re the perfect way to isolate each client.
Each workspace is completely self-contained, meaning:
• Separate agents
• Separate integrations
• Separate analytics
• Separate chat limits
• Separate domains
• Separate users & permissions
This approach is very common across modern SaaS platforms. For example, tools like Notion, ClickUp, Slack, AgencyAnalytics, and Airtable all use workspaces to keep clients or teams isolated from one another.
If you’re running an agency, workspaces give you a clean and scalable way to manage multiple clients without any overlap or risk of exposing data.
Bots, Websites & Projects
• You can embed as many agents on as many websites as your plan limits allow.
• Each workspace can contain multiple bots, each with separate:
• Integrations
• Conversations
• Settings
• Analytics
Perfect for agencies handling dozens of clients.
Integrations (Yes, you can connect to CRMs)
Release0 supports integrations through:
• Zapier
• Make.com
• HTTP Request / API
• Webhooks
So connecting to external CRMs (GHL, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is straightforward.
Messaging Channels
• WhatsApp → supported (currently in beta)
• Google Business Messages → not natively supported yet (can be requested via feature requests https://release0.com/feature-request) Or contact [email protected] for a custom development quote.
1 last question just for clarification, I need to accomodate 50 of my clients to your tool. Meaning that I will be creating 50 workspaces.
with that in mind, how much money do I need to pay in order to have 50 workspaces? Do i pay only once for the "5-codes plan" (so 300$ total) and get them all there or do I need pay the plan separately for each workspace (so 50 clients/workspaces x $300)?
You do not need one workspace per client
Many users assume that “50 clients = 50 workspaces,” but that is not required.
You can manage all clients from a single workspace because each agent is fully isolated.
