Q: Can I custom brand and provide bots on different websites with Plan 4?

Hi, I want to deploy branded chatbots (based on my own templates or customized templates) on many different websites.
#1: With Plan 4 am I able to do the above, using my branded service built upon Release0?
#2: Can the Admin of each website have their own login so they can use the bot, have their own integrated website widget and use the bot with their site visitors?
#3: Do you have a Facebook Messenger integration? If not, how can I utilize Messenger (or SMS). Please point me to documentation that would help me understand.
#4: I understand there are limits to your lifetime deal on AppSumo, given what I want to do (described above), what are the limitations, extra costs and other such details (so I can make a decision)?
Many thanks.

A: Thanks for your questions!

#1: Can I custom brand and provide bots on different websites with Plan 4?

Yes. With Plan 4, you can deploy agents on multiple websites and use custom domains so the public-facing experience is branded as your own service.

The agents themselves can be white-labeled (your domain, your branding, no Release0 branding shown to visitors).

However, the Release0 platform/dashboard used to build and manage agents is not white-labeled. If clients need access to edit or manage agents, they will log into Release0.

#2: Can each website admin have their own login?

The builder and management platform is not white-labeled, that said.

A common agency setup is:

* One workspace per client (recommended)
* Client users have access to their own workspace
* Their agents, analytics, integrations, and settings remain isolated

#3: Facebook Messenger / SMS Integration

We do not currently offer a native Facebook Messenger integration.

However, if your Messenger or SMS provider exposes an API, webhook, or supports automation platforms such as:

* Zapier
* Make
* Pabbly

you can connect it to Release0 using our HTTP Request and Webhook blocks.

#4: Limitations and Costs

The main AppSumo limits are based on your tier and include things such as:

* Number of agents
* Custom domains
* Monthly submissions
* Workspace users
* Data retention

If you exceed your monthly submission allocation, your agents do not immediately stop working. We’ll contact you to discuss usage and, if needed, arrange a one-time payment for additional submissions.

For an agency model, the main thing to keep in mind is that while you can white-label the agents, the management platform itself is not white-labeled.
