Q: Query Regarding Discrepancy Between AppSumo Purchase and Advertised Plan
HUANG Yang, hello! I have purchased the Tier 3 deal, and my remio credits are currently 10k per month. After activation, my account shows that my current plan is BYOK Max. However, the pricing page on the remio website indicates that 10k credits per month correspond to the Pro plan, the Plus plan offers 40k credits per month, and the Max plan offers 150k credits per month. Could you please clarify if there will be any corresponding adjustments to the plan offerings on AppSumo? Thank you!

A: Hi! AppSumo Tier 3 corresponds to our LTD Pro plan. We don't offer Plus or Max as LTD deals on AppSumo — the Max plan runs $200/month, which isn't sustainable as a lifetime deal. Thanks for your understanding and support!
So, regarding the Pro, Plus, and Max plans, are they merely differentiated by an incremental increase in monthly credits, with all other benefits and entitlements being identical?
Yes, the only difference is the monthly credits! We previously only had the Pro plan — Plus and Max were introduced after we launched the agent version, as Pro wasn't enough for heavy users. All other features and benefits are identical across all three plans.
I love the idea of using Remio, but it uses around 50% of my system resources just sitting in the background.
With the new built-in apps being developed, I was hoping to use it to work with my file structure—for example, moving files to folders and renaming files. However, with such high resource usage, it is simply too heavy for my system.

A: Hi! The high resource usage is usually caused by remio parsing your files in the background, it should settle down once the indexing is complete. Using or building apps won't take up much resources at all. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]

I am not talking about Imap outlook but Imap for other providers. Without it, I can only use half of my knowledge because my imap emails are my professional emails. 1. IMAP: We hear you! We plan to expand beyond Gmail and Outlook to support general IMAP integration. Stay tuned for updates. 2. Linux & cross-device sync: Linux is not currently on our roadmap, but cross-device sync is coming very soon, which should allow your Windows remio data to be accessible across devices.
I'm exploring remio as it is running in the background and saw the integration options and I was wondering if you could add the following integrations: 1) n8n 2) Tinycommand (see appsumo deals!) wonderful tool
Also, is there an ipad/iphone app on the roadmap? To access data which maybe can shared via icloud/p2p?
