I'm a +1 for Linux support. I'm testing Remio now but not sure I can keep it if Linux is not available as I'm looking to migrate entirely from Windows. Also, any tips to make the STT faster? Currently, it is very slow. I was hoping not to have to use a different app.
Q: I have 2 desktops and 2 laptops, how many licenses do I need?
Hi and thank you for launching Remio on AppSumo. Firstly, please forgive my ignorance, I’m an accountant, not a software engineer. I have an apartment in London, for client work, where I have a desktop Mac mini and a MacBook Air, for visiting client offices and I have a similar set up at home, only with older versions of hardware. I have so far bought a single tier 3 license, but how many licenses do I need please?
We’re getting close to the end of your AppSumo launch…
Undetood from the Q&A from communitie that Straico seem got error. But can you contact straico team for partnership for integration for long term ?

A: Hi! We did reach out through AppSumo to explore a potential integration with Straico. Unfortunately, the compatibility issue comes down to how their service is structured — their API relay format doesn't support tool use, which is a core requirement for Remio's agent functionality. This isn't something either team can easily work around. That said, OpenRouter is a great choice — it offers a...
You said at another answer: "Network isolation— The simplest approach is to simply not install aApps you don't trust. Granular per-aApp firewall rules is an interesting idea we'll keep in mind for the future." How do i know which can be trusted? As you know, there is any info of aApp except name, short description. Thanks

A: Hi! That's a fair concern. All aApps listed on our marketplace go through code review by the Remio Agent team before being published, and every update is reviewed as well. We check for backdoors, phishing code, and other malicious behavior, so you can trust that anything listed has passed our baseline security standards That said, if you're ever unsure, keep in mind that an aApp is essentially...
A: Hi! We currently support CLI access, which you can use as a foundation to build any of the integrations you're looking for — whether that's API-like access, webhooks, export endpoints, or custom connectors. It's flexible enough to be adapted to most use cases. You can also just describe what you want to build directly to Remio and it can help you develop it. 🙏
