Q: Where to find info for VA access? I can’t find teams section and I am tier 3.
Remio says to give tasks to my VA I need to purchase teams. I cannot find the settings gear in lower left of screen to find the right place. I own tier 3 now.

Jun 10, 2026A: Hi, sorry for the confusion here. That “Teams” plan message was likely an AI-generated hallucination. remio currently does not have team seats or a Teams plan.
Also, each remio knowledge base is private and isolated to its own account/device setup, so there is no built-in shared knowledge base or team access at the moment.
Just to understand your use case clearly: are you hoping that your VA can access your remio knowledge base directly? If so, what would you like them to do with it — search your materials, upload/import files, ask questions, or generate outputs based on your knowledge base?

This wasted a lot of time, including looking for the small gear which is nonexistent. Upon Remio advice , it created separate files to handle the workflow of my VA’s, set everything up and ask me for their emails which I gave it our emails but no email. Please contact me to help with a workaround. I am out of 60 days and at a loss of how to

Hi Randi, I’m really sorry for the confusion and the time this caused you to lose. The guidance you received about Teams / seats was incorrect, and I completely understand why this is frustrating.
To clarify, remio currently does not have a Teams plan, team seats, or an email-invite system for giving another person access to your knowledge base. Each knowledge base is private to its own account/device setup.

We’d also still like to understand your intended VA workflow better. Are you hoping your VA can use your remio knowledge base directly to ask questions, search your materials, upload/import files, or generate outputs from your knowledge base? I want my Vas to access the tasks that were being delegated to each of them and a shared file for both, with me having access to amend, comment and add. It was also for them to be able to add knowledge base and provide answers and content per their assigned tasks and t build themselves into skills that can be done by AI for them to evaluate and implement.

The only collaboration-adjacent sharing features we currently support are sharing individual notes, meeting summaries, or chat outputs as online pages. These are shareable pages, not shared workspace access or shared knowledge-base access.
