Q: Why my One time credits are being used instead of Daily ones?

Hi,
I have been using Reoon for several months and I love it.. it is the best email verifier I have tested. However theres is a big "but" ... every time I run an email verification (single, bulk or use the API) my one time credits get discounted regardless of my daily quota availability.
So I have consumed a lot of my one time credits without ever been able to benefit from the daily quota.
please advise

P.S. I have sent more than two emails to support regarding this and never got a reply from you..

A: Hi, thanks for sharing the additional details. We have also checked your account and replied to your email with full details. However, here is a short summary.

So far from what we understood, It looks like there is a misunderstanding about the format written in the dashboard. In the dashboard, when it shows 0/1200, it means you have already used all the daily credits on that day. The format is "remaining_credits/your_max_limit". When you will have full credits available, it will be displayed as 1200/1200. The daily credit resets every day at 12:05 AM (UTC Timezone). We recommend you to wait till that reset time and when the daily credits will be available again, you can run your api/manual tests to check how the credits are being deducted.
