Hi,
I have been using Reoon for several months and I love it.. it is the best email verifier I have tested. However theres is a big "but" ... every time I run an email verification (single, bulk or use the API) my one time credits get discounted regardless of my daily quota availability.
So I have consumed a lot of my one time credits without ever been able to benefit from the daily quota.
please advise
P.S. I have sent more than two emails to support regarding this and never got a reply from you..
Good news — ReoonSupport from Reoon Email Verifier answered another user on May 22, 2024 and said: If you have both the daily and lifetime credits available in your account, the system will use the daily credits first. So, if you stay under your daily credits limit, the lifetime credits (also called instant credits) will never be used.
