Q: 1.

The chatbot delivered all it's messages three times on your site, it might be a bug?
2. Can we change the icons in the messenger menus, like pencil & forward arrow and such?
3. Can we remove languages from the menu list so we would show only certain languages?
4. Do you have status page, or plans to integrate one?
5. About permissions & privacy - can clients see all the other clients?

6. Please make it easier for arrangement of the client list and conversations.
7. Could you consider Intergomat integration, it's much cheaper than Zapier
8. Can we A/B test bots and other features?
9. Can we modify and localize the intro text when you install it first time?
10. Is it possible to you to share the language files if we want the system to be localized & translated?

Not being truly white label is a dealbraker for many agencies here, wish you could see that (and negative impact on sales Appsumo).
19. Any plans to have free webhooks instead of Zapier?
20. Email & bot broadcast would be amazing.

—No, we don't have this bug. If you still have it. Go to our chat on replain.cc and we'll figure out your local individual issue.

—No it's a part of service.

Q: Hi, Could the REPLAIN BOT be offered the possibility to attend and respond to the Client in a language chosen by the Client?

We have customers in English, German and Spanish on our website and we would like the customer to choose in which language they want to be served by our REPLAIN customer service.

In the event that REPLAIN does not have this possibility now. You could add it. It would be a VERY PROFESSIONAL Customer Service option.

A: Hi! We solved it.
With Replain you can create an unlimited number of chats and websites.

As a result, you can create something like this: Website (EN), Website (DE), Website (ES). Place these 3 codes to your relevant language versions (I believe, that there is no way that you don't have three different language versions of your website if it's so much important for you).

Add specific operators who speak on these languages. And you will immediately see the language preferences of the client. Without even asking any questions.

Q: I almost skipped this, because at first glance it appeared similar to other services I have.

However, after looking into it further, and studying the graphic showing the elements you can push out into chat (forms, etc.), I think this is very promising.

A couple of questions:

I'm assuming that we can change and reassign the messenger accounts/websites and so forth easily anytime we would like to. Is that correct?

Is there any history retention? It would be nice, if we were contacted again by someone who has reached out before, to see previous dialog. Is that possible?

Your product looks really good, by the way.

2) GDPR notification and approval by client. Is that available?
3) Widget placement. can we define where the widget should appear on the screen?
4) Widget customization can be done as we want it (as the default looks a little outdated to be honest)?
5) white labelling mail send etc?

Q: First of all, this is a great product, I just grabbed 3 codes.

However, for Replain to work like a champ with our web app, we would need to have a way to access each chat dynamically (our app is built with Angular)... in other words, we are hoping to be able to open a different chat window based on the selected store landing page. Do you know if this would be possible?
