I got the Re:plain LTD a year ago and now decided to give my review of it. After trying many live-chat widgets, this is my favorite one. It's really simple and has many features the only issue I faced was the initial setups since it was a little bit new to me. I'm really happy that I got the deal.
Rarely do I see a piece of code that is so graceful, so simple, that it makes me want to applaud. This is that piece of code. We have tested every chatbot out there, with all manner of features and attendant complexity. This system is the simplest, cleanest, most straight-forward chatbot we have ever encountered.
But beware - it requires you to rethink the way you access and set up a software. All the usual hoops we jump through — log into a site, go to settings, return repeatedly to a main dashboard — are missing. So at first glance, it baffles. You think you must be missing something! Then you realize it's just simpler than you were trying to make it. The only way I can describe it is that Re:Plain has replaced desktop processes, steps, and habits with the simplicity of conversation.
This is the work of a truly elegant mind.

I find this live-chat widget is the simplest to use, and it's convenient as you can set up everything through Whatsapp, Telegram and Facebook Messenger.
When a visitor sends me a message, Replain sends a notification to my Whatsapp. As I always check my WhatsApp, I will not miss any single visitor who contacted me on my website using Re:plain.
It was a little confusing to set up at first. But, it is super easy once I know how. It's fully automated.
I'm glad to find this tool. Thanks, Dmitry, for assisting me with the setup progress. You'll meet an arrogant operator(name starts with E.) some day when you chat with Re:plain for help or something else(I met this arrogant today); I hope he will be well-trained by Re:plain on how to attend to their customers.
Guys, I am so happy to get this deal taken full 3 stacks, at first you will find it difficult to setup as full setup is to be done on either telegram/ FB messenger or Whatsapp.
But once you know what needs to be done where, it is superb tool.
You can not only embed in your website but also landing page, you can even embed it on taplink page on Instagram!!
Enjoyed the call back functionality, I have also connected it using webhooks to capture the form responses from website visitor to organize data.
Many operators can work, and they can chat from their mobile from where ever they are, chat from desktop, no need to use any native app or software.
I bought it, spend a day setting it up, then when the chat didn't work as expected I reach out to their support, which is so useless that after spending one hour I have realized that all the fancy features which you expect it to be are all add-ons, and the base product is just a simple chat widget, I have requested them to change my add-ons which are fixed and have to be selected during redemption, but they didn't help me instead gave me the reason that they can't do anything since they are giving support from WhatsApp.
the product could have been something interesting, but a big waste of time and expectation, I am cancelling it as I write it.
A note to the owner, customer support is there to help your users, not to waste their time.
