Hi, do the automation steps use credits? For example, if the platform deletes a comment and blocks the user, or are credits only used for comments?

automations don't use credits.
We count 1 credit = 1 incoming comment to replient.ai
This is because we generate 3 AI suggestions in the moment that the comment comes in -> you can choose to automate this or send one of the 3 suggestions manually with one click.
