I bought Plan 1 (but is the dame for 2 and 3) because the description only mentioned lower limits on the number of comments and brands, then I find out that it is not possible to reply to direct messages but only to comments since it is a Pro feature.
In the description on AppSumo, it says "Automate workflows for tagging, liking, replying, or sending private messages" so why is this feature unavailable? It doesn’t seem right to me, it’s useless to have a tool that only responds to comments and not to messages.
Could you please clarify why?

You can setup "comment-to-dm automations" with your tier 1 as well.
So this feature is available to you, as stated in the AppSum description.
But the manual dm messaging is a feature we developed later and that is available starting from our Pro plans - thats correct.
