I like the product; I've read many pages of reviews and questions.
From what I understand, given the low limits, this offer is more of a paid trial version, not an LTD offer.
The monthly cost of the commercial version of the application for only 4,000 or 10,000 responses is really very high.
The LTD offer is linked to the LITE version of the commercial offer. Perhaps you're the only one doing this; I don't recall seeing other offers this low on APPSUMO.
You're obviously targeting a niche audience.
You don't allow the use of APIs and user credits on the grounds of security. This raises some doubts about the security of your system and indicates that many other AI companies offer better security guarantees than you.

Our pricing for the LTD seems very reasonable considering the long term API cost we need to pay for various LLMs to keep our service running. Thats why we are not selling higher LTD tiers, to build a sustainable business & that all of our users can use their LTD for long and not going out of business in a short period.

It's not how your server is structured, what AI you're using, or what's behind your backend—no AI justifies these high costs. The selling price is a commercial decision made by the company; you either accept it or reject it; there's no other choice.
