Q: When adding FB channel being logged into FB business account, replient tries to fetch name/pic from private account
Hello,
when trying to add Instagram (organic) channel, replient asks to connect Facebook first in case both accounts are connected.
When then choosing to connect Facebook it wants to fetch name and profile picture from the private FB account instead the business account.
How could we make shure relient uses the business messages of Insta an FB to reply to and to fetch the business profile data?

Yes, we do fetch name + profile picture for your replient.ai account settings. But this has nothing to do with your brands that you connect via replient.
In the Facebook authentication modal you should GRANT ALL ACCESS and afterwards you can select which page you want to connect to your brand.
