I have been waiting for a good alternative to ManyChat and I found an awesome one - replient.ai.
Does the same job as ManyChat, hosted in Europe, easy to understand and use, great and fast customer service. 100% recommendation!

While it's possible to achieve similar results using other combinations of apps, the truth is that it takes significantly more time and effort.
This software is the ideal solution for responding professionally on your social media. And you can achieve this in just a few minutes after the onboarding process (which, by the way, is excellent).

I think this software has massive potential, and honestly, if development continues at the pace it’s going, it’s going to be a killer tool. Having all of your comments consolidated in one place is extremely valuable especially for creators like myself who manage multiple platforms and higher comment volume.

The automations work really well, the interface is clean, and the overall experience is strong. I didn’t run into any real issues with the functionality itself.

The only challenge and it’s a big one for me personally is the comment limit. As a larger creator, I hit the 1,050-comment cap almost immediately, even on the highest AppSumo tier. Once you hit that limit, the platform basically locks you out and prompts you to upgrade. I completely understand the business behind it, and I’m not complaining about the model, but it does make it hard to fully test or rely on the product without paying more.

If there were a way for AppSumo buyers (especially those who handle higher volumes) to get a slightly extended limit or a creator-friendly tier, I would absolutely keep using this long-term. The product itself is genuinely good I just selfishly need a higher cap to make it practical for my workflow.

I totally understand that the limits on the number of messages per month on tier 3 are not enough for those who run campaigns on Instagram, for example. But, this is his business model to make this thing sustainable. And if you are loving it, it is working, and the number of messages is increasing, why not pay per month?
I am a "one-man show" beginning with my social media marketing. To me, this software is perfect. The level of the AI responses is unbelievable once it learns your brands (I used my websites for that). Actually, the level of the messages is way better than what I would do manually :). In that sense, if I have decided to go through the ManyChat route I would be already paying per month without having this level of efficiency in my replies. The replies are so well-designed by AI that people always interact again with at least a heart.
The support is outstanding; I think Markus doesn't sleep and is online almost 24X7. He not only answers fast, but solves the issues very, very fast.
So, if you don't usually need to reply to thousands of messages per month, this software is a blessing, and if you need to, you have the first 1050 already paid, so, at least to me, it is a no-brainer.
I used to take a long time to reply, sometimes even forgetting to reply at all. Now I have an efficient AI assistant to do that.

In a world racing ahead with growth focus, AI and all, the qualitative prospect & customer contact/touch point, easily can become a bit superficial, resulting in fewer (otherwise perfect fit customers) making it through to becoming valuable users.

bought the tier 3 - and must appraise highly - Markus, Thomas' and the whole team's high quality help (my initial use case is a bit different from their focus, but still within the app's capabilities). I had a lot of questions about features, resources, and all. But Markus, Thomas', and the rest of the team - really, really were top professionals, helped me get good answers addressing all parts - my ideas/use case & concerns whatsoever.

The app' features & functionalities really can solve a wide range of use cases, and the team behind has all the needed skills & vision to not only be a top player in the field, but take it forward.

The team behind is among the most proactive & very nice ppl I have ever come across, besides being super fast, helpful & know their stuff, so delivering answers & solutions.

Fully sure that this will become a cornerstone in making customer interaction feel like a breze - besides saving time on basic sales & marketing.
