Code never worked then expired
Tried repeatedly before the deadline to load the codes to no avail. Kept getting the same error message. Reached out to AppSumo for support twice with no response. Then the deadline to use them passed and I was just SOL. Purchased 3 codes and failed to launch. Waste of time and money.

Good product, but low limits & no DM automation for Sumolings is concerning.
The product is good overall, but the low limits and lack of DM automation for Sumolings are concerning.
Update: The DM automation add-on, priced at 390€, is too expensive, especially compared to the 54$ LTD cost. A lower-cost option for lower volume, similar to the LTD plan, is needed.

Great Tool With Huge Potential — Just Needs Higher Limits for Larger Creators
I think this software has massive potential, and honestly, if development continues at the pace it’s going, it’s going to be a killer tool. Having all of your comments consolidated in one place is extremely valuable especially for creators like myself who manage multiple platforms and higher comment volume.
The automations work really well, the interface is clean, and the overall experience is strong. I didn’t run into any real issues with the functionality itself.
The only challenge and it’s a big one for me personally is the comment limit. As a larger creator, I hit the 1,050-comment cap almost immediately, even on the highest AppSumo tier. Once you hit that limit, the platform basically locks you out and prompts you to upgrade. I completely understand the business behind it, and I’m not complaining about the model, but it does make it hard to fully test or rely on the product without paying more.
If there were a way for AppSumo buyers (especially those who handle higher volumes) to get a slightly extended limit or a creator-friendly tier, I would absolutely keep using this long-term. The product itself is genuinely good I just selfishly need a higher cap to make it practical for my workflow.
