Q: Are Sumolings unable to add a LinkedIn account? Is this a mistake, or are you neglecting Sumolings?
Are Sumolings unable to add a LinkedIn account? Is this a mistake, or are you neglecting Sumolings and early adopters? I believe that adding LinkedIn is the most important feature of your product, isn't it?
Both tools allow you to automate personal outreach at scale: Reply's main focus in on automating personal emails and follow-ups (that's where we started from), LinkedIn automation is our main goal for this year, while Salestools.io work with LinkedIn mostly and social stuff.
However, I checked them on G2, and it feels like Salestools (formerly Voogy) is a kind of raw, buggy product with a weird approach to customer support (there are a lot of bad reviews there as well, stating their product is a scam)
Check it out yourself: Salestools - https://www.g2.com/products/salestools-io/reviews?order=most_recent (sorted by most recent) The other profile that they shut down - https://www.g2.com/products/voogy/reviews
///
Reply - https://www.g2.com/products/reply/reviews
However we don't encourage you to rely only on reviews on our word and observations, feel free to use both tools yourself and then decide.
Thank you ... It helped me a lot .. now i will buy one code for this deal :-)
Q: Couple of questions:
I use a couple of Chrome extensions in LinkedIn to glean email addresses of prospective partners.
Usually if an email address is actually listed on their LinkedIn account, it's a general info email or it's not really someone I'm looking for. Does this extension find email addresses that are NOT already listed in LinkedIn, or it just gathers the contact info that's already there?
Secondly, I have a drip campaign already set up and it's got data in there from the past few years. I would really only want to use this app to find email addresses, but not really to actually send emails. Can I skip that step or somehow delay the send far enough out after the email address is found that I could grab the address and cancel the send?
A: Hi worldtravlr, Thanks for your questions and your interest in Reply! I'm happy to help:
1. Yes, our extension finds emails that are NOT listed on the person's profiles. Also, you get only the prospect's PERSONAL corporate address - no group emails.
2. Sure, you can use Reply's extension to find emails and then export the list to use with any other drip campaign software you like. So there's no need to create and then cancel the sequence in Reply in the first place.
Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. You can also reach out to our support using online chat or email (support@reply.io)
A: Hi sumoly, Thanks for your questions and interest in Reply.
Here are the answers: 1. The contacts limit means that you can only reach out to 500 prospects per month. However, you can still upload and keep as many contacts as you need in your Reply account - you don't have to delete any of the contacts. 2. The limit refreshes once per month so if you sign up and start sending emails today, the limit will reset on September 14th.
As for the calling feature, we integrate with Twilio - so you need to use your existing account with it or create a new one and will be charged by Twilio according to their service fees. As of now, you won't need to pay any extra fees to use this feature in Reply (however, we might consider introducing an extra $20 per month service fee later on - which is a common practice for this kind of features).
Hope that makes sense! If you have any other questions, I would be happy to help. You can also reach out to our support team using online chat or email (support@reply.io).
So are you saying that once the 60 day period is done, You could end up charging us $20 for the account or feature?
Is it deception or bait or false advertising that all the integrations are included? If you are planning to charge eventually then it does not mean that you will be charging for it.
Sumoly, No, that's not what I'm saying. As we've previously mentioned, the calling feature is free while still in beta. So we might indeed consider charging for it later on - not in the near future (or maybe never), but we thought you should still be aware of this possibility. So this has nothing to do with Appsumo deal - the terms are equal for all plans and all users.
Also, all integrations ARE included - they have been made available to all Appsumo plan users after we've updated our deal terms. And they are also completely free to use.
So there's nothing deceptive about our deal - the terms are pretty clear. Hope that makes sense.
Q: I would like to know, if I can use Reply to search for the email of a single person on LinkedIn?
A: Hi Sumo-ling, Thanks for your question! Yes, you can use Reply's extension to find individual emails on LinkedIn one by one as well as do bulk search via Sales Navigator. Here's also a handy guide on how to find anyone's email for free - https://reply.io/find-anyones-email-free

Q: Hi, can you please help me to understand the following: 1) How does you 500 contact limit works every month?
is it like we can keep adding 500 every month or we have to delete the old ones and add again or how does it work?
2) How does it even refresh?
Phone: Do we integrate with any provider or its included. Pricing plan, min, SMS charges etc...other cost if any.
Please advise.
Thanks.

That's wrong and false marketing....
Please clarify.
