Tried this out on a simple "would you like to book for an event" campaign.
Delighted when I got yes, please book me and invoice me replies right away.
Then the drama. No, that person doesn't work here any more, no I'd didn't click etc.
Turns out their mail software is checking the links in the email and clicks the "Yes" link first. Caused embarrassment, can't be fixed for 5% of all my 200,000 subscribers which leads to an error rate way higher than I can accept. Sadly, useless.
I tried Replybutton not really knowing what to expect. I purchase 2 codes and it was SO worth it. The support is top notch they are incredibly responsive and very detailed in their assistance the interface is amazing I highly recommend the two codes as it gives you the branding for your own company which makes it very professional. I ran a few test campaigns and am blown away I have used so many tools that are small and very big brands and this one by far takes the cake.
I see there are some lower Tacos reviews and not sure why, I am sure the software is not perfect but I have not ran into any real issues and for $49 per code vs what you get it's an absolute no brainer. Super simple setup, completely customizable and most of all every one of my test campaigns that were specifically setup up to go to multiple domain and email addresses every single one hit the inbox not the spam, not the promotions, the inbox I am blown away the only thing I regret is not buying more codes. There maybe hiccups that I have not ran into but for what I need it for it seems to work perfectly and I have no regrets. I would 10 tacos if I could thank you Replybutton you finally came up with a user friendly and alternative to so many other apps there. I am looking forward to using your software for many years to come! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
1. It is a fun little program, I've always wanted something that could add buttons to my emails. I like the idea. The execution has been difficult: 2. Photos will show up in some phones, and don't in others. 3. The design will work in some browsers and phones, and in some, the reply-all button will extend past the box and look might look funny to our customers. 4. You MUST take away all formatting if you copy and paste into the message box, because it won't show you that the formatting is all over the place until you send it. So it will look awesome in preview, and send different than the preview. 5. Right this moment, maybe the site is down, but I can't log in no matter which browser I use. I sent a campaign to test it this morning so I can't check in on it. Not sure what's going on there.

I think the tool itself could use a couple more feature updates but I can tell the development team is working on advancing things already as I see some changes already in the software. Plus this is a fairly new software so we got a steal to get in this early as it continues to develop.
The response rates have been stupid high so far (as in my rates for cold email are through the roof) and I plan on utilizing Reply Button a lot more coming up. I just went to buy another license and I missed the deadline by an hour so now I'm sad. Pick this up on a monthly plan if you can and you won't regret it.

Fun idea- with some flaws right now
