I'm not quite sure I understand the question. If you're asking about what our commitment to current purchasers are, it's as laid out in the deal terms, which is lifetime access to the plans they've paid for. Our philosophy is providing the best possible software we can and we always honor lifetime deals that have already been bought regardless of what happens afterwards.

A: 1. In terms of feature parity, we're probably closer to ManyChat than replient.ai, we have videos here that go over our features are: https://replysync.io/tutorials
2. There is simply no AI access on Tier 1 and 2, we are not an AI-first app anyway, we're an automation-first app, so the focus of the app is to build predefined automations.
Tier5 seems to be more suitable to agencies. Questions: 1. IG accounts isolation? 2. Is team member limit per IG account? 3. On your website it says "Our agency dashboard provides comprehensive client management tools. You can easily onboard new clients, monitor their performance, generate reports, and manage all accounts from one centralized location." Does this mean the agency dashboard is available in all tiers? 4. Will my clients get their own sub-accounts? 5. Is whitelabel feature available?

There is no separate dashboard for agencies, it's just the same dashboard but on higher tiers it allows you to invite multiple team members and assign them a specific instagram account they get access to, so all accounts pretty much an "agency dashboard" as soon as they have...
Than you for the answers. One thing doesn't make sense. If you are promoting this tool as for agencies,then why would you give much fewer team members/clients account than IG accounts? Can you increase the team members limit to 100 in tier 5?
Are branching or filter possible in automations . Like for a training coach . If someone ask for fighting than send url 1 if ask for football send url 2 …. Thank you

Hi any reason why BYOK is only available at tier 5!? Can you at least consider it also at tier 3 or 4!? Also how save is this tool any risk to get the account suspended? As you’re not an official partner what risk do we have ? Thank you

On BYOK & tiers: BYOK is only available on Tier 5 by design. If we made every advanced feature available in lower tiers, there’d be no real incentive to upgrade. We’re running a business, and the current tier structure is what allows us to keep building, supporting even lifetime users long-term, and still offer what is honestly a very fair lifetime deal...
