VikingfinityQ: Account limits and extension opportunities?
I'm wondering about the account limits – specifically:
• Activated contacts
• Automations
• Team members
• Custom forms
Are these limits one-time ( = once I reach them, I'm done)? Or do they reset monthly ( = I can create, say 500 new automations every month, while also running my old automations in tier 5)? Or are these limits referring to active team members / automations / etc., that I can delete and add new ones anytime?
Additionally, I'm wondering if you have an option to extend some of these limits to "unlimited"...
As an agency, not even the tier 5 limits are likely to satisfy our needs in the long-run.

Here’s how the limits work:
- Activated contacts are contacts that you message via an automation. These cannot be deleted, but the activated contact limit resets every month, so you get a fresh allowance monthly.
- Automations, team members, and custom forms are one-time limits, but they are based on what’s currently active. This means you can delete an automation, team member, or form at any time to make space for a new one.
- Regarding “unlimited” extensions: unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to offer unlimited versions of these features for a one-time price. That could quickly make the platform unsustainable and unprofitable within months. Ensuring the long-term sustainability of the company is essential so that lifetime users can continue to rely on the software being available and supported for years to come.
That said, we’re confident these limits are very fair as we've already calculated them to run close at break-even/close to profitable for us, and compare extremely well against competitors offering similar functionality on recurring monthly pricing.
