1. Yes, that's all possible
2. You can, although we don't have a specific 'ask for follow' step, you can create it using our send links functionality, which will allow you to create a link to your page and write text to ask for a follow. We do not have access to a notification when a user follows you, this is in beta and is only available to manychat because of their relationship with meta and even still, it's heavily limited.
3. Yes, we have a specific step to capture emails and store them in custom variables.
We do have a free 14-day trial, i would implore you to take that before committing.

This is possible on Zorcha, LinktoDM, SuperProfile and most of these are free. The paid version is quite cheap as well.
So this is not affiliated to META? Superprofile and Zorcha has been certified by Meta as the verified tech provider. As using an unaffiliated one can lead to suspension

From what i know, none of these can dm an account that hasn't interacted with you, or dm an account that just followed you, there's simply no access to a webhook for that for meta partners other than manychat (and with them too it's limited). I've used them both.
But if they are a better fit for your use case, I'd advise you going with them, as our focus is on contacts that interact.
