1) in the automation can i reply to DM and make them follow me and Only if they follow then replysync share the details they requested
2) Hopefully when are you targeting Facebook, facebook messenger & Tiktok integrations?? And will they be part of the plans sumolings buy now??
3) Other than exporting and puting them in your CRM is there another way like using zapier

You can check whether someone follows you or not with a step within the automation but we can't get notifications from facebook api after they've followed you because facebook doesn't give us access to this in the API (they only gave manychat), so it's not possible for us to know when they have followed you, you will have to run the automation step again to check.
2. Yes all future integrations are included
3. Yes there's a way, we have a new automation step called API/HTTP request, which you can use to call external APIs, like Zapier's API, here it is: https://replysync.canny.io/changelog/new-automation-step-http-requests-api-calls
