Q: Language/s used
When it comes to DMs and other content sent to followers once they engage our Insta account, will that be in English or the system will detect automatically the native language of each follower (prospect / lead) that had engaged us and adjust induvidually to all - whithin each interaction?

Thanks for the question.
Messages that are sent to users are messages that you've entered when you were creating the automation, you can write the messages in any language you want, just like how Manychat works.
If you're using the AI response step, you can give the AI extra instructions to respond in a new language.
