Q: Long-term viability & roadmap questions about ReplySync

I’m considering buying ReplySync, but I have a few concerns:
1. Do you see this as a long-term product (3–5+ years)?
2. How do you plan to sustain the business beyond the LTD?
3. Do you have recurring revenue, and roughly how many paying users do you have?
4. What are your key development plans for the next 6–12 months?
5. Why does the changelog appear inactive and community engagement low (only 5 reviews here)?
6. Are you planning to grow adoption and marketing?
7. What assurance do LTD users have that the product won’t be abandoned?

Mar 18, 2026A: Long-term viability (3–5+ years): ReplySync has already been live for over a year and we’re committed to continuing development and supporting the product long term.
Sustainability beyond LTD: We do have recurring revenue streams. However, the AppSumo deal hasn’t performed as expected, so LTDs will not be our primary sustainability strategy going forward and we're not optimizing for an LTD audience at the moment, we've changed strategies.
Users & revenue: We do have paying users and recurring revenue, but can’t disclose exact numbers to you.
Development plans (next 6–12 months): Our main focus is improving and expanding automation capabilities.
Changelog & community activity: Development has been ongoing even if the changelog or public activity appears quiet. We prioritize shipping improvements and fixing issues for our users.
Growth & marketing: We’re comfortable with our current position and steady growth, as it's been already sustainable since our launch and continues to be sustainable for us, we are not pursuing expansion beyond automation.
Assurance for LTD users: The product is stable, already running for over a year, and we remain committed to maintaining it for our users, that being said, the deal terms are exactly what they are on Appsumo, there's a mechanism that Appsumo can use to keep founders accountable for not delivering on the LTD promise

1. It means we're not optimizing to have the best reviews on LTD platforms and not gearing our marketing to appeal to an LTD audience.
2. What i meant specifically by that is, ReplySync is covered by the Appsumo "We got your back guarantee", which means Appsumo will hold us accountable if we don't deliver on the promises for the LTD.

In regards to future updates, the deal terms states that "All future Lite Plan (Tier 1) and Semi Plan (Tier 2 and above) updates.", meaning future updates are tied to these plans, if we release an update that's not part of these plans, then yes LTD users won't get the update, but any updates we release that are part of these plans will be available to LTD users
You didn’t address the Facebook and TikTok integrations at all.
I also want to be clear — I was seriously considering purchasing the highest tier for nearly $599, but what you’re saying here (and in several of your other replies) raises some very serious red flags for me.
Maybe this kind of communication is the reason for the low interest in your tool. The product itself looks great, but the way you communicate how you intend to treat people willing to invest a significant amount of money into an LTD deal is simply unacceptable.
This gives strong grounds to believe that after investing in your product, I won’t receive any meaningful updates in the future. Elsewhere (notably in response to another of my questions), you also clearly stated that feedback from LTD users will not be important in the product’s development. I suspect support may also become an issue.
Which is a shame, because the tool itself looks solid.
