Q: How do you contact a real person on the support team?
I clicked on Chat support and got a very poorly trained AI bot. I do not see any way of contacting a real person.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We had tremendous challenges with our support team, but now it's all sorted. Please let us know how we can help - preferably on chat, but email works as well.

In the 9 months since I purchased this app, I have reached out at least 3 times. With no response to date. It appears to me only when you're live on AppSumo that we can expect to get any type of response.
