The white labeling of reports has an issue and your Ai help bot is stuck on a resolution that doesn't work. How do we get ahold of someone who can actually help?
I see many reviews discussing how support is very bad. In fact I had this issue years ago when I tried to use the product. No answer for days. And people are saying it's now mainly AI. Is this true? Any plans to improve support.
